AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We accept sales from customers all over Australia & New Zealand.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

NZ customers pay the same postage as Australian customers - we pick up the rest free of charge!

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Please email us with your order & shipping address. 

We will then provide you with the shipping cost and total for your order.

PAYMENT

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD

We currently only accept payment through PayPal - you can easily pay using your credit card. 

You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

This service is one of the safest methods of payment over the internet.  You can use your credit card or make a direct bank deposit to pay for your items.  PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store any credit card or personal information on our servers.  Your name, address, email & phone number are used purely for product delivery purposes and will only be disclosed to Australia Post/Courier for that purpose. All payments are handled securely by Paypal.

SHIPPING

All shipping (AUS & NZ) is calculated automatically at time of checkout through PayPal. 

We use Australia Post delivery for all of our products.

All orders to New Zealand will be shipped using AIR MAIL.

All orders are shipped as soon as practicable once Paypal payment is cleared - usually next day.

RETURNS

All products sold online are checked for defects before shipping to ensure the best quality is provided for our customers. We will gladly exchange any products that are found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the buyer.  All postage on returns must be paid for by the customer and items must be sent using Registered or Express Post with tracking.
