All of our products are checked for defects before shipping to ensure the best quality is provided for our customers. Strike Tiger will gladly exchange any products that are found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the buyer.
This does not include products which may have been damaged during shipping or transit to the buyer. We will also exchange any products which may have been sent incorrectly or in error.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
With your returned goods you must include a copy of your tax invoice.

We will only accept a trackable shipping service for all returns (i.e. Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post with tracking number supplied).
