UV Trout Oil

Strike Tiger UV Trout Oil is a concentrated fish attractant that has been developed in Tasmania for use on trout and other freshwater species.  It uses the same successful recipe as our original Trout Oil - but has the advantage of added UV.

 

Ultra Violet (UV) light is invisible to the human eye, but fish can see it naturally.  The UV additive in our trout oil will reflect this type of light, and in turn, make your lure or bait highly visible to fish.  If that wasn't enough on it's own, you also have the advantage of the scent and added amino acids to help induce a take when the fishing is tough!

• When fishing in low light conditions/early morning or just before dark.
• Where trees shade the banks or edges you are targeting.
• In dirty, discoloured or tannin-stained water.

Since this product is highly concentrated, we recommend that you only use 2 or 3 drops at a time.  As a result, your handy 10 ml bottle of UV Trout Oil will last a long time!  To use it, simply squeeze some on your finger tips and apply to your lures just before casting.  

Strike Tiger UV Trout Oil can be applied directly to hardbody lures, spoons, cobras, devils, surface lures, soft plastics and even bait.
