 Australian Sales

10% GST is included in all prices.

We use Australia Post satchels for all Australian orders.  You can choose between standard Parcel Post (typically 4 - 6 business days) or Express Post (next day to most areas) at time of checkout.  Both shipping options come with tracking which can be accessed using the Australia Post website.  You will receive an email notification with this information once your order is ready to be dispatched.  FREE standard shipping (Parcel Post) applies if you spend more than $100. Please be mindful that Australia Post delivery times may vary sometimes. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next business day where possible.  Please note that we do not ship any orders during weekends or on public holidays.  Please make sure your address and postage details are correct and up to date.

*We will not take any responsibility for items sent to an incorrect or old address that you have supplied at time of checkout.

 NZ Sales

10% GST is excluded in all prices.

We use the standard Air Mail shipping service by Australia Post for all New Zealand customer orders (typically 10 - 14 business days).  This shipping service is included FREE if you spend more than $100 AUD.  Please be mindful that Australia Post delivery times may vary sometimes. In most cases your order will be dispatched the next business day where possible.  Please note that we do not ship any orders during weekends or on public holidays.  Please make sure your address and postage details are correct and up to date.

International Sales

 Strike Tiger products are not sold outside of Australia & New Zealand

 

RETURNS

All of our products are checked for defects before shipping to ensure the best quality is provided for our customers.  Strike Tiger will gladly exchange any products that are found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the buyer as per Australia consumer law. This does not include products which may have been damaged during shipping or transit to the buyer.  We will also happily exchange any products which may have been sent incorrectly or in error.
